How to Start
Beginning a new practice is simple and welcoming.
1. Choose a Class
Look at our schedule and find a time that works for you. Gentle flow is a wonderful choice for your first visit to the studio.
2. Arrive Early
Come 15 minutes before class starts. This gives you plenty of time to settle in, meet the teacher, and unroll your mat without rushing.
3. Focus on Breath
There is no pressure to do everything perfectly. The most important part of any practice is simply breathing and being present in the room.
